With an extensive catalog spanning thousands of products each season, the company faces a content production challenge that is common across luxury e-commerce but rarely discussed publicly: every single product needs professional photography — on-model images, still-life compositions, and increasingly, video content — to meet the standards that luxury shoppers expect.
